The Kilchoman Feis Ile 2019 release, a vatting of one fresh bourbon barrel and one fresh Oloroso sherry butt, aged for over 11 years. Bottled at 54.4% vol with phenol level of 50 PPM, this exciting Islay release was exclusively available at the Kilchoman distillery during the 2019 Feis Ile.
Details of two casks used to created this limited edition release: Fresh bourbon barrel #141/2007 was filled 13.06.2007 and the Sherry butt #80/2008 was filled to cask 28.02.2008.
