Rose Quartz is a crystal that derives its name from its lovely rose pink colour. These quartz crystals come in a range of beautiful shades of pink. It is known as the ‘lovestone’ as the message it emits is a strong vibration of unconditional love, joy, warmth and emotional healing. Quartz is also the most varied of all minerals, occurring in all different forms, and habits. Quartz frequently forms the inner lining of geodes. Most geodes have an inner layer of larger crystalline Quartz, and an outer layer of Chalcedony or banded Agate.
